Adam Edelen KY States Auditor reported 3 million dollars unaccounted , 21 entities with no documentation, checks written and property given away with no approval from anyone. The handful of men running Harlan County also run the criminal and civil Courts of Harlan county. The errors in criminal and civil court are just as many without regret from anyone in charge but the difference is this ( People are human dollars are not), noone cares about the people. Rights are taken and life is taken with no forthought.
